Pastor Jeff came to Spruce Creek Presbyterian Church in January 2003 after serving in churches in Philadelphia and Oklahoma City. Rev. Birch got his undergraduate degree from West Chester University, and is a graduate of Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. Jeff has been married to his wife Evie for 23 years and they have a son, Joel who is a student at Flagler College. Besides spending time with his family, Jeff loves to read, play golf (or at least play at golf), and enjoy various sports.
